Conversion Optimisation Strategist

The Role involves:

  • Compiling and Analysing user research and analytical data to identify conversion blockages in clients’ websites
  • Moderating and observing lab based user testing across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
  • Working with pioneering technology partners to go beyond ‘observed’ user behaviour, with eye tracking, GSR and EEG technology
  • Applying psychology to understand and drive persuasion, influence perception and understand a user’s needs and motivations
  • Working with our platform specialists to assist clients with the implementation of testing software
  • Planning and Implementing A/B tests via testing software to optimise user journeys and remove conversion blockages
  • Creating test plans to show solid reasoning and expectations for tests as well as reports to identify statistically significant results

You will need:

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in user research (Qualitative and Quantitative)
  • Knowledge of creating and running A/B and multivariate tests
  • Basic understanding of pure JavaScript and JS frameworks such as JQuery and HTML and CSS
  • Experience in using testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely and Qubit
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience in cross browser testing and compatibility
  • Ability to manage a team to ensure projects run within given deadlines

Front End Developer

Specialising in JavaScript, HTML and CSS with a keen interest in UX and CRO, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and learn the industry inside out.

You'll be able to:

  • Configure simple iterative and complex strategic tests within a suite of testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely and Qubit
  • Carry out thorough QA on tests before they are launched to minimise complications with live tests
  • Assist account managers to prioritise tests from a technical effort and complexity perspective
  • Support clients with analytics configuration when required and ensure that tracking and data is being captured effectively for all tests
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support them with technical advice and build high quality experiences

You’ll have:

  • Advanced use and knowledge of pure JavaScript and JS frameworks such as JQuery to manipulate web pages to invoke visual and functionality changes client side
  • Advanced HTML and CSS
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tags
  • Experience in building responsive web designs and landing pages
  • Experience in cross browser testing and compatibility
  • Around 2 years front end experience
